About OneHope: What is your mission?

OneHope is an international ministry that is changing people’s lives by sharing Scripture with children and youths worldwide. Since 1987, we have reached to more than 1.1 billion young people with a relevant Gospel message in 179 countries. Our wish is to take the Living Word of God in an interesting and attractive way to children and youths. We have a plan to reach every young person, in every nation, with a relevant Gospel message by the year 2030. We can fulfill our ministry by joining other churches and nonprofit organizations, worldwide.

Which are the main difficulties you face at OneHope target markets and how do you expect to develop them in medium term?

One of the main difficulties that we face as a non-profit ministry is being able to keep our printed product cost effective. The paper and printing costs do affect final price. Besides, the fuel cost increase impacts on our shipping cost. The more we can save the more we can invest we can do with resources.

Talking about the relationship between OneHope and Crosshipping, how do we cover your needs and why do you choose us as freight forwarder?

Crosshipping contributes with our ministry by helping us with the logistics to have our printed books moved to and from different places, worldwide. Specifically in Latin America and many countries in Africa. We work together with Crosshipping to find the most cost effective and productive ways to get our printed material for children and youth around the world.

What are OneHope ‘s challenges in the short term?

Some of the challenges we face, talking about the logistics, is to be able to fulfill with the printed material delivery date. The international shipping is a service that may be complex if there are specific customs regulations, security issues, political or legal problems, etc.; all these issues may affect the total transit time.
